There are four beautifully appointed air conditioned rooms and two suites, each with their own entrance, private patio or balcony, fan, fridge, tea & coffee tray, television, hairdryer, heated towel rail, heating, and safe. Click on room names for pictures. 1. Veranda Suite: entering off the front veranda of the main house; queen bed; en-suite luxury shower room; separate sitting room; very private. 2. Classique: Very large ground floor room in main house; king double or twin beds (your choice); large sitting area; luxury shower room; shaded patio; mountain view. 3. Garden room: in the shade of an ancient coral tree; king double or twin beds (your choice); comfortable sitting area; shady patio with pergola and mountain view. 4. Pool room: queen bed; comfortable sitting area; shaded patio with pergola; mountain views over the swimming pool. 5. Balcony Suite: First floor suite; queen bed; en-suite shower; separate small sitting room; mountain views; balcony. 6. Upper Deck: large room; king double or twin beds (your choice); comfortable sitting area; luxury shower room; private deck; mountain view. TARIFF: October 01 2010 - April 30 2011; Summer 2009/10 prices apply: Standard deluxe: from R590 to R690 Executive deluxe: from R690 to R790 Superior deluxe: from R790 to R890 Prestige Suite (honeymoon): from R1040 to R1140. Prices are per person per night including breakfast based on two sharing for a stay of two nights or more. One night add R50 per person. Single occupation - take R100 off price for two people sharing room. Half price winter special - until 30 September 2010: stay two nights or longer and get second and all subsequent nights at half price. Winter rate: R540 per person per night sharing including breakfast; Single R640 per night for room and breakfast. There is no limit to number of nights you can stay. Offer is subject to availability. Booking conditions: A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings of two nights or longer; if less than 14 days before arrival full payment is requiredat time of booking. Single night bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Refund policy: Cancel 14 days or less before arrival. Full booking payment due. Cancel 14 – 28 days before arrival. Full 50% deposit due. Cancel more than 28 days before date of arrival – 10% of deposit or R100 which ever is greater will be retained for administration costs. Changes to dates booked only at managements discretion and if alternative dates available. An administration charge of R100 will be made. Smoking Policy: Smoking is restricted to the outside private patios and balconies. Strictly no smoking in the rooms; main house and around the pool. Check in from 14:30 - Check out time 10:30. |
